Dr. Wei is a board-certified psychiatrist, psychotherapist, author, and certified yoga teacher in Manhattan, New York. She promotes the importance of integrative health, resilience, and positive psychology through a holistic approach to psychotherapy, including the benefits of yoga, meditation, exercise, and mindfulness. She is the author of the upcoming Harvard Health book, The Harvard Medical School Guide to Yoga (Da Capo Press Spring 2017), with co-author James E. Groves, MD. Her work focuses on the healing power of mindfulness and resilience. She writes for Psychology Today, the Huffington Post, and Harvard Health on mindfulness, resilience training, and managing stress, career, and relationships. Dr. Wei is a graduate of the Yale School of Medicine and Yale Law School and member of the Massachusetts Bar Association. She was a clinical fellow in psychiatry at Harvard Medical School and served as chief resident at the Massachusetts General Hospital and McLean Hospital residency program. Her work has been published in Journal of Health Law, Boston University Journal of Science and Technology Law, and Harvard Human Rights Journal.
