Timothy J. Hayes, Psy.D., is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in private practice in Crystal Lake, Illinois.  With over forty-four years of successful experience doing therapy with individuals and families, Dr. Hayes teaches people to use a variety of tools for personal and spiritual growth that help people create positive change in their lives.  He has written and talked extensively on the concept of Power Struggles and how to avoid them.
